Lepiota sp.[edit]

This is most probably a Lepiota, either L. procera or L. rachodes. There is an outside chance that it is Chlorophyllum mollubdites, but I don't think so.

To determine for sure you need to do two tests: Make a spore print (leave a cap on paper over night), and cut the stipe (stem).

If the spore print is white and not green, we have confirmed Lepiota. The photo clearly shows scales which are part of the cap, so we do not need to check for the absense of a cup (to eliminate Amanita).

If the cut stipe turns orange or red quickly, it is L. rachodes. Failing that, I'd call it L. procera.

Sorry for the other binominal names, but I take them always from http://www.indexfungorum.org, which is the online-version of famous scientific "The Dictionary of the Fungi".
