Well, according to my history atlas and your own maps (this one and this one) borders of this banovina did not changed from 1929 to 1931. The fact that these two maps from external links that you showed ([3][4]) would show somewhat different border of banovina in 1929 and 1931 could be explained by non-precise drawing of these two maps where same border line is drawn twice and thus in a different way both times. Just compare it with border of Drava banovina in these two maps, which is also drawn in different way in both maps, but that border has not changed from time of Habsburg Monarchy to modern border line between Slovenia and Croatia. Furthermore, 1931 adjustments to banovinas borders were made on district (srez) level meaning that certain districts were transfered from one banovina to another, but if you compare borders of districts from that time, you will see that it is imposible for Vrbas banovina to change borders in 1931 in a way presented in maps from www.hervardi.com. Border of Dravska banovina did changed in 1929-1931. Districts (kotari) Crnomelj and Cabar changed hands (in 1929 Cabar was part of Dravska B. and Crnomelj was not, and in 1931 old AH border returned). But perhaps you are right for Vrbaska banovina map. All and all, I'm not certain any more :) --Ceha (razgovor) 22:06, 22 January 2010 (UTC)

Well, in my history atlas border of Dravska banovina looks same in 1929 and 1931, perhaps it is a mistake. Anyway, if we find any undisputed data that there was a change of border of Vrbaska banovina in 1931, I will change a map description in accordance with that. PANONIAN 11:15, 23 January 2010 (UTC)
