Could you please explain...

This file is one of the first 20 images to transclude the {{Personality rights}} tag. In a recent discussion at Commons:Village pump#Questioning when the personality rights tag is relevant... another contributor made a broad claim defending how this tag was generally used. I argued that its use on non-obvious images like this suggested to me it was being applied to images without meaningful consideration as to whether doing so was helpful or useful.
@Palosirkka: applied this tag, in this edit. I'd appreciate them explaining why they thought it was a good idea to do so.

- @Geo Swan: Well, it's a picture of recognizable people to begin with, reason enough already. And in addition they are engaged in activities some people don't agree with, like drinking and gambling. I think it is a good idea to inform people of their legal responsibilities, beyond the Commons:General disclaimer. How is this image "non-obvious"?? --Palosirkka (talk) 13:37, 4 April 2022 (UTC)
