Dear @User:Túrelio, you deleted this file with the comment "Copyright violation: copyright is the estate of Tahir Salahov, who died 21 May 2021".

If you look at the top of this page Category:Stamps of Azerbaijan, then you will see the sentence: "All stamps of this country are in the public domain".

I have the following questions:

  1. How copyright of the stamp of Azerbaijan could belong to a person? Tahir Salahov draw this image, but after publication of this image in the form of stamp, the stamp is released into public domain.
  2. This is (image of stamp of Russia) another work of Tahir Salahov. Do you think it is also should be deleted? --Andrew Krizhanovsky (talk) 13:59, 26 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
