After identifying what I believe is the source of the image, I couldn't find any indication the creator of the work ever published the image under a CC BY-SA 4.0 license as the image page indicates. Instead, the clearest licensing information I could find was the general legal page of the publisher (CEA) which asserted that images are copyrighted by the CEA and permission is required to republish them.

“The reproduction, in whole or in part, of multimedia contents (images, videos, podcasts, visuals) on any electronic media requires prior authorization from the CEA.”

The most straightforward method to fix this would be to contact the original author of the images and ask for them to release it under CC BY-SA 4.0. From what I can tell, that person is Daniel Pomarède who the image source webpage says was at the center of the research on the South Pole Wall shown in the image (and author of a paper using similar visual models).
