Move protection and naming of this file

Due to ongoing conflict regarding this file, I have move protected it and protected its redirect File:Serbia EU.svg. There is no reason for these files to have different file names. A file name on Wikimedia Commons is supposed to describe the content of its page, and both File:Serbia EU (with Kosovo).svg and File:Serbia EU (without Kosovo).svg are doing just that. Unfortunately, this file won't be able to follow the naming conventions some users want to see (File:Serbia EU.svg) but it is for the sake of neutrality. File:Serbia EU (without Kosovo).svg will remain upload protected for the same reason to prevent another upload war. Sorry this won't please everyone, but we are not here to play around with file names and reuploading. --ZooFari 16:27, 19 June 2011 (UTC)
