SVG problem[edit]

why can I not download and open this .svg file? Every application I've tried (including the most recent Adobe vector apps) says the file has an error that prevents opening. Don't share files if you are not going to share them.

I just tried it and it opens both in Firefox and Inkscape. Are you sure you downloaded the good file? Try this link: http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/8/8d/Scheme_ant_worker_anatomy-en.svg. You should be able to view it modern browsers and to edit it in Inkscape at least. On the other side, the W3C SVG validator returns 2 errors. So it is possible that some applications encouter troubles while opening this file. Bibi Saint-Pol (sprechen) 11:06, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
