Speedydelete disagreement[edit]

The reason for speedy deletion is given as a web link that gives no useful information to me.

It seems obvious that the uploader is connected to Santa Park. I see no reason to believe the uploder does not have proper permission, and thus speedy deletion as copyvio is unnecessary.

I also think the image is in scope: we want to have commercial images. The image is of little value artistically, but of great value to illustrate how Santa Park (and in extension, subarctic tourist attractions) advertise their offerings.

1) Santapark is a commercial enterprise and its website (http://santapark.com/) is copyrighted: © Santapark.
2) Anybody can create an account User:Santapark, trying to give the impression to represent the entity associated with this name.
3) Therefore, in such cases we always require a confirmation.

True. Therefore I asked the uploader to send mail to OTRS. But speedy deleting images because of lacking OTRS is really biting newcomers for no good reason. --LPfi (talk) 20:59, 10 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
