unsupported fonts

@Monaneko and Perhelion: Bitstream is not supported by Wikipedia, please use DejaVu instead. • I wasn't able to find the substiute font for 'Bitstream Charter', therefore I deleted it.
• the updated rlibsvg-Renderer seems not to know fantasy or cursive any more. Even if I take your old file the Commons SVG Checker renders it differently as some years ago.

@JoKalliauer: Yes the font renderer is currently absolutely worse (the bug has high priority).

@fantasy or cursive: This lack should be a bug report.

I also don't know the current replacement for this, as the developer do there own undocumented thing here and sometimes without a replacement. Normal Charter replacements are Charis SIL, Lato and Georgia. -- User: Perhelion 11:34, 9 December 2017 (UTC)

Fallback of "Courier New"

@Perhelion: I uploaded File:Wien_hex_logo3.svg#filehistory (first version) and the text-logo does not look as expected, because "Courier New" is substituted with "Liberation Mono", but "Tlwg Typist" looks almost identically, compare File:Wien_hex_logo3.svg#filehistory (last version) with File:Wien_hex_logo3_Text2Path.svg.
I think the fallback of "Courier New" should be changed to one of the tree "Tlwg"-fonts in File:MediaWiki_SVG_font_list_mono.svg since the look more similar.
