Hi ! It's a great illustration but a bit false ! In fact only the Earth's today orbit is false. The Equinoxes and Solstices are misplaced, the line of solstice is not the line of apsides ! The line of apsides is for now ~18° anticlockwise from the summer solstice (Unless if we are in a situation of conjonction of the summer solstice with the perihelion of the orbit). So if this data of Earth's argument of perihelion is right (288° from the vernal equinox) you must place the "seasons' cross" vertically as in the others parts of the illustration and you must apply a vertical simmetry to the orbit.
