It is difficult for me to believe that this image is of a euphorbia pulcherrima based on several observations:

The leaves are longer and shiny as opposed to being short and wide with a dull finish like euphorbia pulcherrima leaves.

The plant stems have a smoother, shinier surface than normal.

The actual flowers shown, are significantly larger than acceptable. They appear to be made up of pink-red petals with large, yellow pistils and stamen--definitely not the small, enclosed structure of a euphorbia.

This is a nice flowering bush, but, I believe, not a poinsietta bush (euphorbia pulcherrima). It has a leaf and branch structure more like a laurel.
