Freedom of panorama in France: "Works are protected if the creation is original, but not if the realization is purely technical. Works without a particular or original character, which are a trivial reproduction of building types largely found across the country, are not protected."
The building on the left is De Minimis and a "building type largely found across the country", and the foot bridge built, over an anterior weir, is purely technical IMO Christian Ferrer (talk) 19:31, 4 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
