@Fry1989: What are the references of this design, who and when proposed it? Many wikis link here, however, I could not find anything to support the proposal of this proposition. Powermelon (talk) 18:59, 27 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

It would be nice if there were a FOTW page similar to http://www.crwflags.com/fotw/flags/lv!.html for Lithuania, but there doesn't seem to be one. All I could find in a quick search was http://i.imgur.com/RSwX5L5.jpg (not exactly the same), and http://estonianworld.com/life/andres-simonson-a-case-for-an-estonian-nordic-flag/ for Estonia... Anyway, images on Commons don't usually need references as such -- unless they're deliberately hoaxing, or it seems they're being used inappropriately in Wikipedia articles... @AnonMoos: : it seems they're being used inappropriately in Wikipedia articles – this is exactly the case here. AFAIK, there were no such flag proposition in Lithuania at any time, yet this image is linked in pages in over 10 languages. Powermelon (talk) 09:03, 1 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If you think that's the case, you could do a deletion nomination similar to Commons:Deletion requests/File:Abbasid flag.png... -- AnonMoos (talk) 04:21, 2 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
