See also discussion in English Wikipedia on en:Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents, January 9, 2006, under the heading "Jimbo, the (not-so) man of the year". At first sight this looks like a genuine TIME cover but is apparently a photoshop job including a known promotional photograph of Jimbo Wales. The cover is a copyright infringement, and the use of the TIME logo in this context is probably an infringement of TIME Inc's trademark. Although the intention may have been parodic, there is nothing in the image to indicate that it is not a genuine TIME cover and it was mistaken by me for one. --|Tony Sidaway | [[User talk:Tony Sidaway]]

It's still not exactly free after the change of the title from "TIME" to "NEWS". I noticed the small headline "www.time.com AOL Keyword: TIME" :) --Yuriybrisk 21:23, 5 May 2007 (UTC)
