This is a tough one, but I think, I don't agree. IMHO (but IANAL) there is a difference between a simple product photo and a photo with "künstlerischer Schaffenshöhe" (artist work). In case of deleting this photo, we have to also check Image:Mercedes-Roadster.jpg, Image:Mercedes-SLK.jpg, Image:Aspirin.jpg. And what is the difference between Image:Montinari Milano.jpg and Image:Wasserhahn.jpg? Hard one. --Avatar 09:21, 12 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Image:Wasserhahn.jpg is a design without mark. No product illustration! The picture of the Milano clock is an illustration of an expensive exclusively product, that is dangerous. MM Salesman 18:32, 12 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I don't see the difference. A Ferrari without the logo is still a Ferrari. I'm sure the design of the faucet is also protected. --Avatar 16:56, 12 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I do not want to see the picture as GNU FDL, please delete or can we change the license up to {{CopyrightedFreeUse}} or so? MM Salesman 13:44, 12 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
There is no sense in this alternative. There is no difference in licensing it under copyrightedfreeuse instead of GFDL if the image itself is non free. It's only the question of deleting or keeping it. --Avatar 16:56, 12 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

FYI: User:MM Salesman does not exist, go to that userpage and look for the contributions link. There is none. -- Duesentrieb 23:25, 14 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]

FYI: User:MM Salesman IS wikibär. We (several persons including paddy, wikibär and me) talked in #de.wikipedia about listing the pic here on commons deletion request. I personally talked with wikibär after his first edit as MM Salesman. --Avatar 22:59, 16 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep. Si le copyright sur le design des objets protège des duplications et non des photos. If "design copright" protect from duplication and not from photos. petrus 17:40, 18 May 2005 (UTC)[reply]
