Is LucDePointDuLac's Flickr account your account? Geagea (talk) 19:32, 23 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes is mine.
Regarding the image File:LucaGuastini.jpg i've just provided [Azzurra Rocchi's FlickR account].
She's the author of the image. You can check image file description.

I've just asked right now at the author of File:LucaGuastini.jpg to send an mail at OTRS about copyright as I saw in the image note.
I'm sorry about this chaos. Please, let me know if something is wrong. Thank you.

  • End of transfer.

That makes it dubble Flickr washing . First you uploading copyvio files to your Flickr account and reales them as free and then to cover this you open a new Flickr account with tha name Azzurra Rocchi and upload the same files to this account. Now you want to sent permission to OTRS from the new account of you. Thje point is that the day befor I search Azzurra Rocchi in flickr and find this. There was not flickr user with this name until you opend it. This behavior is wrong. Regading to the photos File:LucaGuastini.jpg and File:LucaGuastini 00.jpg. I see that File:LucaGuastini 00.jpg uploaded originaly by you to the it.wikipedia as a file that made by Azzurra Rocchi and no source. it was deleted because you added Invalid ticket 201010171000258 and recoverd after you claimed that you send permission from her (actualy from her), which, I am not sure, is not the rights owner. Even the size is smaller. This have to be checked cerfuly. Geagea (talk) 18:59, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think something is misunderstood. I've uploaded these files according with the author. Then, i've asked to the author to open a FlickR account hoping to resolve this problem and she accepted. But i think here the problem is not regarding flickr accounts.
Regarding the same image uploaded to it.wikipedia i know the author ha sended an email to permissions-it@wikimedia.org, waiting approval. And the same she did, as I said to Túrelio, to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org regarding File:LucaGuastini.jpg.
So, i think if you check the mail you will find everything you need about copyright. If you don't believe she is the rights owner, don't know what to do. I was thinking about the RAW image, maybe i can ask to the author to send to OTRS the RAW image from the camera?
If it's not good please give me suggestions! About teatro.org i don't think it's an her account, it was just a 'source' where I find the image. I'm sorry if I did some errors, but they were my first steps in commons. Thank you. OlManRiv (talk) 23:22, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I deleted the four copyvio files. First Flickr washing is not allowed and you use 2 flickr accounts for that. secound, all the files seems to be screen shoots from recent movies or at least taken from unknown source (this can not be your source as it is smaller from the file in commons. Please read Commons:First steps, learn something about free content and read Commons:Licensing. Geagea (talk) 22:22, 25 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Ok don't worry. I'm waiting for response from OTRS. Then, I'll upload it again. About screenshots, I didn't know commons doesn't accept them. it-wikipedia does. Thank you. OlManRiv (talk) 19:14, 26 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This ticket have to be checked carefuly. Geagea (talk) 21:26, 27 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
