Real? If so where?[edit]

Its not quite clear whether this image (or parts of this image, like the house) is real. If so, maybe add categories to that effect (location, buildings in...) or provide more information about in the information section. Cheers, Ingolfson (talk) 01:13, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

How long?[edit]

Hey man, how much time did it take you to draw all this? Althepal (talk) 18:11, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

not real[edit]

Sorry I did not give an answer yet...

The house and everything around it are pure fantasy. (as it's filename says:) a dream! Well, at least it was strongly inspired of a dream.

Of course there are real backgrounds. Where I am living, very few houses look like this one, but some do (e.g. some water mills). The tractor is based on blueprints of a real one, but only to get the proportions right. The rest is fantasy. The other details (crows etc.) were modeled using many reference photographs.

Best greetings, Michael (Mayqel)

The source[edit]

Where is Blender source file to render and experiment with it myself? Should CC-licensed images have the source open? Vi2 2010-07-02

Best of Commons? You're kidding[edit]

An image that doesn't even have a description? It should be deleted, not awarded. --FA2010 (talk) 11:27, 30 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Delete it just because it doesn't fit your standards for description? I think: A lonely house. An image made using Blender 3D. sums it up pretty well. — F. F. Fjodor (talk) 16:12, 30 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I would think of it more as deserving a fuller description. I'd like to know more about it, anyway, for positive reasons. Cynwolfe (talk) 02:12, 18 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
