For the record, the font is 中國龍古印體, a product of 瑩達資訊電腦有限公司. It has been marketed since at least 1994 (Google "INDEED Information Computer").
https://www.elegislation.gov.hk/hk/cap528!en-zh-Hant-HK?INDEX_CS=N&xpid=ID_1438403329038_003 HK Copyright law stipulates that it is not copyright infringement to reproduce such articles 25 years after it was first marketed.
