There have been various cross edits as to the inclusion of this image in Category:Nude girls. Photo shows a sign with the phrase "NUDE GIRLS" in large letters; in my opinion this at the very least demonstrates relevance in cultural usage of the phrase. Other opinions, please explain? -- Infrogmation (talk) 03:14, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The phrase is "LIVE NUDE GIRLS". Category:Nude girls is a subcategory of Category:Nude children, and this sign is hopefully not about nude children.--Prosfilaes (talk) 03:38, 25 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Indeed hopefully not about children! Referring to adult women as "girls" is fortunately less common now than it was a few generations ago, but is certainly still often practiced. No doubt some interesting if unpleasant sociological and gender studies aspects to that. -- Infrogmation (talk) 16:23, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
This image is not an image of nude girls, and thus does not belong in Category:Nude girls. There is an explanation of that category's purpose at the category's page, and browsing the category makes this purpose self-explanatory. TortoiseWrath (talk) 03:16, 2 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
