Leon Duray later had a intercooler installed on the car. In 1928, he went to Europe with both FWD and a 1926 RWD Packard Cable Special, all built by Miller, and a new Cord L-29 FWD passenger car, for racing and promoting the new Cord. When he ran out of money, he sold both FWD Millers to Ettore Bugatti, who disassembled and studied them, inspiring his own cars.--Chief tin cloud (talk) 20:19, 27 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
