Regarding "SVG contains raster graphics"[edit]

I've reviewed this SVG to see in what way it used raster graphics. The bulk of the imagery is done properly using the vector capabilities of SVG. This SVG does contain a single png image which is extremely translucent, it is used to cast the more detailed shadow on the landscape. I've tested converting this information to vector data and to do this it would add around an additional to 2.0 MB to the SVG file. Since this raster image is used for a shadowing effect and is mostly translucent, when it scales, it does so fairly well. Because of this, I'm going to leave the raster data intact and not convert it to vector data due to the hit in file size and performance this would cause for rendering.
