Hi there. Sorry for causing any trouble, I'll be doing my best to get more used to how things work here. This painting by W. Langdon Kihn is almost certainly in the public domain. Firstly, some of the sites I've seen it on (art.com, allposters.es, and meisterdrucke.uk) have Kihn's other public domain works on their site as well. Most of Kihn's other works on here say for its license that: "This work is in the public domain because it was published in the United States between 1923 and 1963 and although there may or may not have been a copyright notice, the copyright was not renewed". I've changed the license on the picture I've uploaded to match the license on his other works here.
