RE Speedy Deletion Request

The webpage copyright information for the government website from which this image was sourced has been added to the description field. The author was an official photographer for the NZ Military Forces, and thus copyright in his work rests with the Crown (NZ Government), which has licenced it for use under CC 3:0 (see link in image description). The photo has also been out of copyright in New Zealand (and probably in countries following the rule of the shorter term, but not the US) since 1994. --Avenue (talk) 12:18, 28 December 2012 (UTC)
