I believe you'll find that these are w:en:Green tree pythons (Morelia viridis) and not w:en:Grass snakes (Natrix natrix). I was at Sydney Zoo a few days ago and can confirm that they have M. viridis on display. I've taken liberty to change the SDC depicts from Natrix natrix (Q170713) to Morelia viridis (Q849394), and have updated the description.
