Licensing

1. I've just edited the license by editing User:Ritchyblack/Template:Hinweis. Finding this to edit wasn't easy; the edit link was missing. Odd that this isn't protected by cascading. Is that a bug?
2. What is "The version number and language version of the license are not binding for the following user or editor" supposed to mean? It's not English, as far as I can tell.
3. It should be clearer that a reused has the option to use any of the three licenses, but an admin's editing privileges are needed to change that.--24.4.140.255 01:22, 13 April 2014 (UTC)
