Mmmm....is she apart from nice looking also noteworthy? The picture hasnt been used in any article. How many men where in the committee to consider this Picture of the day? Brbbl 12 december 2012.
- IIRC, a Featured Picture on Commons doesn't have the same requirements to be encyclopedic that you have on Wikipedia. It just has to be a good enough picture. So it doesn't matter if she is used in Wikipedia articles or if she is noteworthy enough. Wikipedia has its own Featured Pictures project and this would probably be more of a debate over there. The photo appears extremely staged and posed. In a laboratory I've never seen before a scientist or technician with a lab coat with raised collar (but it looks cool). Her hair is specially illuminated from the back to create a bright aura. The way she was put in scene is quite professional. -- Norbert Nagel (talk) 19:18, 13 December 2012 (UTC)
