This is a really great diagram. A possible improvement would be a version in which the part of the rectangle inside the rhombus is entirely filled by the square. This would eliminate the possible interpretation that there are some rectangles that are rhombuses, without also being squares. -- 19:30, 5 October 2014‎ 95.34.123.50

That was my intention of putting them close together (just as a non-square rectangle is an oblong), but guess it wasn't close enough! The colours were chosen to roughly show the hierarchy e.g. red square + purple oblong = magenta rectangle. Cheers, cmglee (talk) 19:23, 16 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
