Not sure what you mean about tattoos. Ordinary respectable women didn't get tattoos until well into the second half of the 20th century (and even then usually just a small discreet flower or butterfly). Not sure that there were rules governing the placement of tattoos on disreputable women. However, the PNG definitely has image-quality problems... AnonMoos (talk) 00:34, 20 January 2017 (UTC)
