As a logo, this logo contains some originality, so it is copyrighted and it can't be released as {{PD-textlogo}}; the {{GPL}} license refers to the program and not for the logo. As a screenshot crop, the image is under {{GPL}} license, then all contents developed by it's authors that are in the screenshot, are under GPL license, including the logo because it appears at the top of the window.
