The title should be changed to "Emblem of Vatican City State.svg". The position of the keys, with the silver one in the position of honour, indicates that it is the form chosen in 1929 for the new state. The correct image is the one existing now. The difference between Vatican State and Holy See is in the direcrion of keys, not in the shape of cordula. -Gambo7 (talk) 08:19, 1 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
