My full edit explanation cut off[edit]

Go upload this flag you like on some flag editing website, maybe reddit for your own use. NOT WIKIPEDIA. This has nothing to do with other people, keep your preferred design to yourself, stop tampering with a nation's flag. Your opinion is YOUR business, this is the wrong website for that. Historical accuracy (technically all i need to justify): https://i.ibb.co/wgB7vLB/image-2023-11-25-135250122.png and let me visually demonstrate here what is more defined and better to view: https://i.ibb.co/85CywLm/image-2023-11-26-161141501.png I'll reiterate, there are OTHER websites for uploading your favourite design, this just isn't it. The original design still had blobby text, (old flag in an old country) but if you want to change that then how about ONLY the text, even the enhanced text is a default type font which is not that desirable. Official Republic of Afghanistan emblem found, government almanac from 1974[edit]

Hello everyone, after searching, I have found an official paper which was published in Afghanistan during the Republic of Afghanistan and it has Daoud Khan’s emblem on it. I am inclined to tell everyone that this edit needs to be reverted as it is inaccurate. As an Afghan person, I really feel as if this edit should be reverted, although I appreciate both designs! :)

Please feel free to zoom in.

I Agree. Looking at the 1975 Almanac it also looked the same as the original Wikipedia one. The new version's eyes and beak are not accurate to the original. It should be reverted back to the original

It is from 1974, a year after the coup and it is an almanac.

Usage of the emblem and its implications on anti-Taliban forces currently in Afghanistan[edit]

I would like to add that due to the usage and publication of the inaccurate (but smoother, with legible text) emblem, anti-Taliban resistance groups have been using the inaccurate version during their fight against the Taliban.

This includes but may not be limited to:

- The National Mobilization Front of Afghanistan https://x.com/afghanistannmf?s=21

- Afghanistan United Front (led by Sami Sadat) https://x.com/afgunitedfront?s=21 AfghanParatrooper19891 (talk) 16:39, 6 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
