This file has been renamed and description edited to change species from Pinus pinaster to Pinus halepensis, without discussion nor references. Although, previous identification as Pinus pinaster had references:

The tree in the photo is readily identifiable as Pinus halepensis by the short, slender needles, smooth branchlets, and small, smooth cones. Compare the long, stout needles, heavy, rough branchlets, and large, ridged cones of Pinus pinaster, e.g. here. MPF (talk) 15:46, 11 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
