Personality rights

I previously tagged this file with {{personality rights}}. It was reverted. By my understanding, since the photo is of identifiable people, the tag applies, since these rights are applicable based on the use some later person may put the image to, rather than the use we're putting it to right now, so a warning about it may still be needed, even when the people depicted are the nephews of the photographer/uploader.

I'm trying to follow the guideline for photos of identifiable people. If I'm misunderstanding the concepts at play here, could you illuminate me? -- Ssbohio
