The assertion that photography is permitted without restriction is incorrect. NHMU allows visitors to take photos for non-commercial purposes only, with the caveat that they acknowledge the museum in all uses. Therefore the creative commons license for this file needs to be changed.

No, because fossils and replicas of them are not copyrightable. They are not art. But the caption is maybe appropriate. FunkMonk (talk) 16:31, 18 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
