The assertion that photography is permitted without restriction is incorrect. NHMU allows visitors to take photos for non-commercial purposes only, with the caveat that they acknowledge the museum in all uses. Therefore the creative commons license for this file needs to be changed.
- No, because fossils and replicas of them are not copyrightable. They are not art. But the caption is maybe appropriate. FunkMonk (talk) 16:31, 18 June 2015 (UTC)
