Belgium has a compulsory voting[edit]

The Kingdom of Belgium has a compulsory voting system, although it is not enforced. But you could charged theoreticaly for not commiting to vote. Therefore it is not historical. See wikipedia article, which say the same.--MBelzer (talk) 06:36, 9 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Chile reestablished compulsary voting (enforced)[edit]

(es) Chile restableció el voto obligatorio en diciembre de 2022, a través de la Ley N° 21.524, con sanciones aplicadas para quienes no concurran a votar. Por lo tanto, el mapa debe ser modificado.
