- I know and feel free to add them. Besides it is still doubtful that new 'upload and switch' method addresses the assumption that perhaps only low-res image in PIB press-release is meant for use without requiring permission. Ohsin (talk) 10:41, 2 November 2019 (UTC)
@Ohsin: this ‘upload and switch’ can be justified on the basis of this upload and switch done by a well known admin. Also, can you please add the captions for me? When I copy-paste it there, it doesn’t seem to work. It just stays there as text.— Vaibhavafro 💬 11:29, 2 November 2019 (UTC)
- Yes, seen it done same on another upload File:OPV_ICGS_Shoor.jpg but still appears little presumptuous given we are dealing with govt. agencies on both ends and no discussion on this method as far as I am aware, may be To Sarvatra: can help as they suggested something similar for another PIB upload. Find a way to fix captions this was pretty haphazard and revert didn't help unfortunately. Ohsin (talk) 12:06, 2 November 2019 (UTC)
