There appears to be conflicting information about the year of design/construction. The NRHP application for the Botherum itself, filed in 1973, says 1851, but the NRHP application for Woodward Heights, of which the Botherum is the core (and of which it is about 1/3 of the area), filed in 1980, gives 1850. There appear to be plenty of additional reliable sources supporting each date. cmadler (talk) 19:57, 5 September 2011 (UTC)
