Hi, Pinkerton ! OK, I will do it (making myself derivative maps), because historic facts cited by scholar sources aren't my "own preferences". You seem to think I'm a silly person ; I was't considered as such when I taught at the Sorbonne University, and the Larousse editions take my remarks into account without taking them for unfounded personal opinions. --Claude Zygiel (talk) 16:56, 27 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Anyone genuinely connected with the Sorbonne would instantly lose their position if it were discovered that that person were manipulating historical images and seeking to pass off their own artwork as a historical document! GPinkerton (talk) 20:17, 27 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hello you two; I have now added a disclaimer in the description that the map shown may differ from the on-the-ground realities; and I removed the following "disputed"-tag, added by Claude when he called the map "erronous":
The draft map was published as in this image in a Newspaper one entire Atlantic Ocean away from the territories and one year before the treaty was signed; that scan is a historic document and should indeed not be manipulated (or flagged as false or disputed) just because the borders of the draft didn't materialize to 100% in the final territory agreements one year later.
And then, Claude's changes were not showing a new "Hutsul" territory as he stated in the Disputed-tag, but the fait-accompli of the final territories: anachronistic and one year too early! --Enyavar (talk) 10:18, 9 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
