Latvian flag shield fix?[edit]

Honestly, it seems that the shiled in the colors of the Latvian flag needs to be fixed to 2:1:2 ratio, since currently it looks like 1:1:1. For example, the COA of Ape Municipality had this ratio, like it has in the heraldic description of the COA (http://gerboni.kulturaskarte.lv/emblem/details/1277). Can somebody fix this? Majority of the emblazonments of the town's arms show the escutcheon having a wider bar than the municipality's arms does. Uless the official renditions are explicitly changed it's better to keep the original proportions here as well. -- Fenn-O-maniC (talk) 15:01, 30 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
