How do we prevent this file from being misused?

This image comes from a website called Commaster, and appears in a gallery with Acricotopus Lucens, not Simulium Latipes like it was originally published on Wikipedia. On that website there is also a gallery for Simulium Latipes and this image does not appear there.

Because of this I requested this image be moved to Acricotopus.lucens.jpg instead of Simulium.latipes.-.lidsney.jpg. The move was succesful and I cleaned up every article about Simulium Latipes with this image by removing it. Now when I come back, I found out other wikis use this file, which did not appear the first time - either someone added them after the page was moved, or this page did not show all external wikis the first time because of a bug.

Now to further prevent this, can we somehow protect or lock this image so that it can't be used in articles about Simulium Latipes? This is getting annoying, just because one user was not careful when uploading this image to Wikipedia and no one else noticed the problem, we need to clean all the articles suffering from this.
