The comment on the latest version of this image (22 March 2013) says " better SVG code, better image "

I can see how the image looks better compared to the previous one, but the blue seems a tad bit too dark for the letters.

My screen-color thing says the blue is #6D99BC and putting it into https://webaim.org/resources/contrastchecker/ along with black (#000) and it barely fails one of the tests, but worse is the Purple and Red arrows, the capital T especially fails the checker.
