Gap?[edit]

Why is there a gap that does not correspond to 3 min (or any constant amount) of time passing?

Based on 38 own photos Taken with a Canon PowerShot G5 and an amusing self-made filter

There are 18 (visible) pictures above the corona and 19 below. A total of 38. Assuming a constant velocity of the earth, no camera movement and no post-processing movement its more like 9 minutes instead of 3 minutes to explain that gap.

But maybe the two groups of partial solar eclipses are "just" shifted to either side to let the corona stand out?--Eheran (talk) 13:08, 29 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
