This picture is titled "1911Pope-Hartford", although there is a mention "1910 Royal Tourist" on it. I can't see why this should not be a Royal Tourist. Both make were active in 1910-1911. Both made rather large cars, i.e. the Royal Tourist Model M, and the Pope-Hartford Models S (1910), W (Four, 1911), and Y (Six, 1911). Both also used a very similar grille shell. As far as I can be see, the logo on the grille shell of the pictured car is closer to "The Royal Tourist" than to the rectangular Pope-Hartford plaque. So, why is this a 1911 Pope-Hartford and not the captured 1910 Royal Tourist?--Chief tin cloud (talk) 11:00, 11 April 2019 (UTC) N.B.: Standard Pope-Hartford bodies in 1911 had front doors and a very high beltline. Both does not apply here.[reply]

1911 Pope-Hartford Model W 7-pass. Touring

.

OK, I see. It looks very similar to a 1911 Pope-Hartford Model W I just categorized - similar, but not identical. The pictures show different cars, so I transferred this picture to imo correct Category:Royal Tourist vehicles and Category:1910 automobiles.--Chief tin cloud (talk) 12:35, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
