How can this be licenced as "I, the copyright holder of this work, hereby release it into the public domain. This applies worldwide." Euro notes are copyrighted by the EU. While I'm not a lawyer I wouldn't be surprised if it's even required to write "Sample" on top of the image to indicate it's a fake reproduction.
