中文（臺灣）：玉山圓柏，是台灣分布海拔最高樹種，為了適應高山環境，抵抗酷寒強風並在貧瘠地帶存活，有低矮盤旋的灌叢及高大直立的喬木林兩種形態，在強勁的迎風面玉山圓柏的樹身與枝幹奇妙多變，受風雪雕琢，宛如一件天然藝術品。
