Summary[edit]

Description I am not usually a big yam fan, but his were delicious! I heard another attendee remark they were some of the best she'd ever had. He used honey and orange to flavor; the addition of the bright orange really made the dish stand out, and showed that with skillful flavor layering, you can make a dish that's healthier without feeling like it's lacking something. The greens and black-eyed peas were also made using less salt, but were still flavorful.
