Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wohnquartier Elberfeld-Mitte, Döppersberg 51, Obergeschosse des für und von dem Modediscounter Primark errichteten Gebäudes, das unter Berücksichtigung des baulichen Umfeldes ein Stockwerk zu hoch ausfiel, welches dann kurz vor Aufnahme des Geschäftsbetriebs plötzlich obsolet war. Zudem wurde dem Betreiber gestattet, das Gebäude entgegen den ursprünglichen Plänen für den Umbau des Döppersberges nach Westen versetzt zu errichten, was eine sinnvoll kaum zu nutzende Freifläche auf der Rückseite zur Folge hatte. So rächte sich schnell die organisierte Prinzipienlosigkeit der damals herrschenden Stadtratsfraktionen.
