English: Works progressing on the new slipway The jack-up platform is in the process of being lowered, with an 8 tonne excavator having been lifted on board, in readiness for preparing the ground at low tide for new supports for the slipway. The orange excavator is about to lift steelwork off the tractor trailer and hoist it into position on the new slipway. |
