| Description |
English: Winton: Boot's The Winton branch of Boot's the Chemist is at 358-362 Wimborne Road, on the corner of Leslie Road. This was previously Sainsbury's until they moved a short distance north in the late 1970s (see 734740). We are standing under the canopy of 734795 supermarket, which was the previous premises of Boot's.
Beyond Boot's, a glimpse of what the original houses would have looked like, before the shopfronts were added, can be gleaned by looking at the first floors. |
