Reverend Thomas Mills (1791-1879) was the son of Thomas Mills and Mary Story. In 1815 he married Anne Barnardiston, daughter of Nathaniel Barnardiston and Elizabeth Joanna Styles. He died on 29 September 1879 at age 87 at Stutton, Suffolk. He was Rector between 1821 and 1879 at Sutton, Great Saxham, Suffolk (http://www.thepeerage.com/p65853.htm) and Chaplain in Ordinary to Queen Victoria. Canting arms of various families surnamed Mills include a fer de moline or millrind. |
